KubeCon EU 2026 Book Giveaway Recap
Recap of the Kubernetes Recipes book giveaway at KubeCon EU 2026 Amsterdam. Photos from the signing sessions, community highlights, and how to get your copy.
💡 Quick Answer: KubeCon EU 2026 Amsterdam was a massive success! We gave away signed copies of “Kubernetes Recipes” at the vCluster booth and connected with hundreds of Kubernetes practitioners. Missed it? Grab your copy on Amazon or Apress.
What a Week!
KubeCon EU 2026 Amsterdam was incredible. The Kubernetes community showed up in force, and the energy on the expo floor was electric.
We held book signing sessions at the vCluster booth (#521) and the response was overwhelming — lines formed, books were signed, and conversations about production Kubernetes went deep.
The Highlights
Authors Together — Luca Berton & Grzegorz Stencel

Both authors of “Kubernetes Recipes” reunited at KubeCon. Nothing beats seeing your book in the hands of the people you wrote it for.
The Crowd at the Signing Session

The expo floor was packed. Engineers, platform teams, and architects all stopped by to grab a signed copy and chat about their Kubernetes challenges. The questions ranged from GPU scheduling to multi-tenant RBAC to “how do I convince my boss to invest in platform engineering?”
Signing Books at the Booth

Every conversation reminded us why we wrote this book — real engineers solving real problems, looking for practical guidance that actually works in production.
About the Book

“Kubernetes Recipes: A Practical Guide for Container Orchestration and Deployment” — published by Apress, co-authored by Grzegorz Stencel and Luca Berton.
What’s Inside
- 🔧 Container orchestration patterns that actually scale
- 🚀 Deployment strategies for production workloads
- 🔐 Security and RBAC configurations you’ll copy-paste (and understand)
- 🏗️ Multi-tenant cluster design for enterprise environments
- 📊 Monitoring, troubleshooting, and the debugging workflows nobody teaches
Who It’s For
- Engineers moving from “I can deploy a pod” to “I run production clusters”
- Platform teams building internal developer platforms on K8s
- Architects designing multi-tenant, governed infrastructure
- Anyone tired of stitching together 47 blog posts to solve one problem
This is Luca’s 8th book. Every one taught the same lesson: if you can’t make it practical, it doesn’t belong in the book.
